Claim your free listing to reply to reviews. Claiming is free and doesn't change your rating.

How it works

Send a claim below. We confirm you run the business, usually by messaging the contact on your website or social page.
Once confirmed, your listing shows as Claimed and we send you a private reply link.
The link lists your published reviews. You can post one public reply to each.

Replies are moderated against the same guidelines as reviews: no personal information about the reviewer, no dosing or medical claims, no threats.
Keep replies factual. Explain what happened and what you changed. Buyers read how you handle problems.
You can't edit, hide or remove reviews, and nothing on this site can be bought. If a review breaks our guidelines, report it with evidence.
Keep your reply link private. If it leaks, ask us for a new one and the old link stops working.

Your score comes only from reviews by buyers whose proof of purchase we checked. Read how ratings are calculated.
