Review guidelines

Reviews here help other buyers in the Philippines choose a supplier. A moderator reads every review against these guidelines before it is published.

What we publish

  • Your own first-hand experience buying from a supplier: ordering, payment, delivery, packaging, communication and how problems were handled.
  • Facts you can stand behind, such as how long delivery took, whether a lab report matched your batch number, or how a refund was handled.
  • Positive, negative and mixed reviews. We don't remove a review because a supplier dislikes it.
  • Short edits by a moderator to remove personal details or wording that breaks these rules. We never change your rating or the meaning of what you wrote.

What we don't publish

  • Dosing advice or medical claims. No doses, schedules, protocols, results on your body or health advice of any kind. This site reviews suppliers, not treatments.
  • Personal information. No names, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers or photos that identify you, the supplier's staff or anyone else.
  • Accusations without evidence. Don't call a product fake, counterfeit or dangerous unless you have evidence such as a lab report. Describe what happened instead, for example "the vial arrived cloudy and the batch number did not match the COA".
  • Reviews from people with a conflict of interest. No reviews from a supplier, its staff, its family or friends, its affiliates, or its competitors.
  • Paid or incentivised reviews. No reviews written in exchange for discounts, free products or money.
  • Reviews of something you didn't buy. Every review must be about a real order you placed.
  • Offensive content. No hate, harassment, threats or profanity aimed at people.

Verified buyer badge

You can attach private proof of purchase, such as an order chat, a GCash receipt or a photo of the vial label, with a WhatsApp number or email. A moderator checks it, sometimes by messaging you, and then deletes the proof. Reviews that pass get the Verified buyer badge. Only verified reviews count toward a supplier's rating.

One review per order

Write one review per supplier per order. If something changes, such as a refund after a problem, send us the update and we'll edit your review rather than publish a second one.
