Moderation policy
Every review on Peptide Reviews Philippines is read by a person before it is published. Here is exactly how that works.
Every review is read by a person
Nothing goes live automatically. A moderator reads each review against our review guidelines and either publishes it, asks the reviewer for more information, or rejects it. We also look at signals that suggest a fake review, such as many similar reviews of one supplier in a short time, or reviews sent from the same device.
We don't lab-test products and we can't fact-check every claim. A published review describes one buyer's experience. It is not a finding by us.
How verification works
- Reviewers can attach private proof of purchase and a WhatsApp number or email.
- A moderator compares the proof with the review, and often messages the reviewer to confirm details such as the order date or amount.
- If it checks out, the review gets the Verified buyer badge.
- Proof files are deleted after the decision, and never later than 30 days after upload. Contact details are erased 30 days after the decision.
- Proof and contact details are never shown publicly or shared with the supplier.
How ratings are calculated
- A supplier's score is the average star rating of its published, verified reviews, rounded to one decimal place.
- Unverified reviews are shown, marked Unverified, but they don't count toward the score.
- A supplier needs at least 5 verified reviews before it gets a score or appears in rankings. Until then its page says there aren't enough verified reviews to rate it yet.
- Rankings sort by score, then by the number of verified reviews.
- Labels: 4.5 and above is Excellent, 3.5 Great, 2.5 Average, 1.5 Poor, and below that Bad.
What suppliers can and can't do
- Suppliers can claim their listing for free and post one public reply per review. Replies are moderated too.
- Suppliers can't remove, edit or hide reviews, and claiming a listing doesn't change its rating.
- Suppliers can't pay for placement, ratings or removals. Nothing on this site is sponsored.
Reporting a review
If you think a published review is fake, paid, offensive or contains personal information, use the flag icon on that review. A moderator looks at every report. If the review breaks our guidelines we unpublish it; otherwise it stays up. Suppliers who think a review is unfair should reply to it publicly or report it with evidence.
Not medical advice
Reviews describe individual buyers' experiences and are not medical advice. Products discussed are sold for research use. We remove dosing advice and medical claims from reviews.
